You will need to eat green vegetables as much as you can, and then throw in some fruits on a regular basis. The minute you start eating grain and bread and other refined carbs, you are going the wrong way.

These types of foods do not only make you fat, but they also mess up your metabolism and make you hungry all the time. That way you will think that a firming belt is the thing that you need. You don't necessarily need any abdominal stimulation but instead you will need to get your act straight. So once you eliminate potatos, corn, grain and all sugar from your diet and replace it with green vegetables and some fruit you are on your way to a slimmer body!
